Prith was very detailed in his pre session chat the day before the appointment, and listened to what I said verbally at this chat. You could tell he was interested in what I expected from the session and what he could assist with achieving in this one session. On the day of the session, Prith also reiterated some items discussed in the pre-session chat and emphasised that I was in charge of the session, my safety, my feelings are the important issues here. During the session, Prith listened to my verbal cues and also tried to tune in to my energy. Difficult to have such a massage of such an intimate nature as a first meeting someone so his manner to ensure that I felt safe, listened to, in control of the session, was greatly appreciated as these aspects are things that I am really concerned about when considering such interactions. Overall, this was a positive, emotionally safe and empowering experience.
