This Body work I provide is trauma-aware, consent-led, and grounded in nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and respectful therapeutic touch. I'm also a teacher trainer for 2 different vitality energy transmutation courses one for men and the other for couples. These courses are integral for energy vitality, and mental clarity to live a life of fulfilment and not waste ones life force energy.
